“Collector Interest” means a right based on the future value of the assets held by the Company and awarded to an individual by the Company for the fiscal year (or other period) and consists of receiving a percentage of any future proceeds derived from the assets held by the Company without having to contribute capital. The amount is determined in accordance with the accounting methods followed by the Company for federal income tax purposes (for this purpose all items of income, gain, loss or deduction required to be separately stated pursuant to Code Section 703(a)(1) shall be included in taxable income or loss).
